Body guard 2200 power head

Is anyone familar with the Body guard 2200 power head? It is a 528gph power head with adjustable airflow, an extra 360 rotater, and quick filters (prefilter I imagine). I'm wanting a power head to put in my 55gal. saltwater tank. Currently I just have a prism skimmer and a AC300 creating current.
I would also like to be able to use it to pump the mixed water from a bucket into the tank.

2 camel shrimp
coral banded
skunk cleaner
fire shrimp
several snails
emerald crab

several hermit crabs

blue mushroom(looks more purple to me)
button polpys
an unknown coral
2 clowns
coral beauty
2 damsels
scooter blenny
sea urchin- pencil( I think, it is several shades of brown, with the club style spins)

I got this ph and it works great! Pumped my mixed water up about 4-5 feet into tank! And now that I figured out how to get the rotater to rotate it is in the tank and everything seems to like the extra curent.
