Books on Butterflyfishes

I'm looking for some books about captive care of butterflies. Something with more details than are in the CMA.

I came across Angelfishes & Butterflyfishes by Scott Michael on amazon.com. It's part of the Reef Fishes series. Any opinions on this book?
