Boston bean?

I was browsing petsolutions and noticed something called a Boston bean cowwfish in the pufferfish section. It had no scientific name and I have never heard of it. Does anybody know anything about it? Thanks

Is it a type of cowfish that actually stays tiny or is it another name for the juvenile of another species??
