Hi,

I have a 33 gallon tank that has been up and running for almost 2 years now. I have a pair of Clownfish that were paired when I bought them 2 years ago.

They haven't bred yet and I really would like to start breeding clownfish.

I want to re arrange my tank to make it an optimal breeding space.

Currently, their tank mates consist of one flame angle fish, one convict goby and 2 tiger cowrie snails.

What are the requirements needed to encourage the clownfish to breed?

:fish1: <3 :fish1: ?

Kindest regards,
Vic

Sadly, it doesn't really work that well. Clowns being paired just doesn't make them breeders. To be any type of successful with it takes a ton of research, and I'm no expert in it. What I do know is that they need a tank all to themselves so they can be moved out of when the eggs hatch, no other tankmates.

Okay thank you
