breeding copepods?

Is it possible to breed copepods at home? I have an empty 10gallon and my brother has a few hundred pods (dont know what species) which he uses to feed his scarlet badis. I was wondering if it was possible to breed these guys.

Sure. People breed them in 2 liter bottles. I've never personally tried, but it can't be that hard to get a culture going. They'd need something to feed on.
