Bright green algae

Tank is almost 3 mos old and having a horrible outbreak of bright green algae. It accumulates really fast on glass but easily wipes off. Comes back in hours. Tank also very cloudy. Looks like green water. I have cut back on feeding and light. Phosphates tested a zero and nitrates at around 10. My first two corals are open and look happy. Inverts are very active. Could it be phyto algae. Anything I can do or is this part of cycle
