Bristle worm

I have a bristle worm and I can catch him. Ive been using the trap em amd bait it with plankton but no luck and he is starting to get big about 2 in now. How can I get this thing outta here?

I put my pincher/grabber at the place where it would come out to feed so it had to come out in between the pincher. Then when i feed the fish it came out and was able to grab it.it was like 6" long. I was told to not worry about them they are great scavengers so now I leave them alone.

Only large ones a foot long will do any harm
