What's this brown stuff growing on my pumps and on the back of my aquafuge?

looks like diatoms to me. new tank? it's perfectly normal to get a diatom outbreak on new surfaces.

Kinda. I switch tanks 2 weeks ago. So will it go away on it's own or am I gonna have to clean it all off? Hope it goes away on it's own cause it'll suck trying to get it outta the aquafuge.

It should go away as fast as it showed up. Can you blow it off with a turkey baster?
