Bubble algae

Have a little bubble algae on some rocks. What is the best way to get rid of it?

Syphon them out without popping them. Also you need to find out the source of the excess nutrients that are fueling it.

If the rock is easily remove able I have just pulled it out pulled the bubbles off with a pair of tweezers and ur good to go because I tried sucking them out but they are kind hard idk worked for me
