Buble algea ?

Quick ? Is this buble algea I bought this coral from my lfs and I just notice this its a sea fan on a rock if it is how to cure

Soo I removed the sea fan from the rock and I actually tru the rock away because it was soo small was this a good thing I did?

That's bubble algea alright.
Try to snip it off the rocks with scissors, or tweeze them off, at the same time have a siphon hose flowing to suck it out of the tank. These are filled with spores and you don't want them loose in your tank, it can spread quickly
