48'' Aquarium Light 6x 54 T5 HO Reef Moon Lights +Timer - eBay (item 170645498080 end time Jul-22-11 12:06:28 PDT)

Here's a 6-bulb also. Doesn't say brand, but I thought I saw it before.

Thanks Carey.

Going to your link now Gti_Leo.

I've seen that seller before with these lights. They look good but the no brand name always makes me pause. Thye seem like a legit seller so maybe if you email and ask some more questions?

You've got some good options so far, the only things I've found so far that are comparable are much more money. But I'm still looking

I found this fixture pretty cheap.

Sunlight Supply TEK Light T5 Fixture - English

You would have to buy the legs, water shield and the bulbs though. You'd come in under the $500 mark for everything as this store will discount 25% off the bulbs if you get the fixture.

Aquacave has the same fixture for about the same price.

I love having a mission! lol

Thanks. I looked at your link Gti_Leo however, I would have no clue how to put a light together. I looked at the retro fit kits and they scare the crap out of me. I'm a plug n play kinda gal. lol

I'd attempt to build my own but this thread would get soooo long with what I needed to buy to put it all together. On the retro's though there are no housing so I believe you are basically replacing your lights and stuff with the new stuff. I'd have to get something to hold it all together lol.

Anyway, I found this.. What the thought between this and the Current?

IceCap Reef Illuminations6 x T5 & LED Combo Aquarium Lght Fixture - AquaCave

On that one the bulbs are separate from the light. Good brand though.

Oh and it's on backorder so no telling when it will come.

And, if you do order from aquacave count on 5% off, PM me and I'll give you my coupon code. Also, aquacave will match any price you can find on the net, I use them all the time, just have to give them a call. You can't use the 5% off though if you have them price match.

I saw the back order and the bulb part lol. I looked at the TEK Light one also, that's not a bad price I don't think for a 6-bulb.

Carey, I'm making an account at that place Bulk Reef Supply (case I order anything), anyway it's asking me for a friend email to give them brs points. Do you want to pm me an email so I can give you any brs points they are talking about?
