I toss them in the washing machine with just bleach. I have about eight 7" filters to wash at that time though.

Hi every one . Need some help. I got up the other morning and the tank was cloudy . I have changed my filters socks 2 times now and cleaned the reactors to help clear it up. It did a little bit but still cloudy for 3 days now . Any help will do . Here a some photo'sClick image for larger version

Try running some carbon in a HOB filter or reactor if you have one.

Having those mangroves submerged might not be helping things. They just need the bottom submerged while the other half needs daily freshwater spritzing, just like a house plant.

When I cleaned out my reactor I put new carbon in at that time
