Just bought 3 green and brown mushrooms and put them on a base rock at the bottom of my tank I want them to multiply to cover the entire rock... What do I do???

You need to let them grow. If you have proper lighting and clean water, that's all that's needed. Just do your water changes to replace trace elements and they will grow all over the place before you know it.

How often should I do a water change. I have a 46g bow front

Once a week or once every other week. Whatever your system needs (watch your parameters).

I usually do about 5 to 10g is that good or to much

Condy not Cindy

Yeah, it's very rare to see clowns host Condy's. If you're looking for clowns to host an anemone, I'd definitely go with a bubble tip or a ritteri (H.Magnifica). BTAs are much more forgiving and easier to keep, but ritteri's just look so awesome.
