burned in tank

Ever been burned in your reef? I don't mean like touched the bulb burned, I mean SUNBURNED. Last night I did a lot of arranging and epoxy using for colony placement. Basically I had my right arm in the tank for a couple of hours. I woke up this morning to a painful sunburn like a farmers tank all down my arm to my wrist. It's kind of comical, but I worry about the radiation issue again with my bulbs. thoughts?

Wouldn't that be toxic to the fish?

It's just a little UV

Yeah, but I'm one of those people that notices when my skin is getting crispy and get's my arm out of the tank, also since I work in the FL sun all the time, it takes a little more for me to burn than it does for pale skinned yankees
