Just checking do I need to monitor very closely calcium level in a FOWLR tank? There will be some hermits and shrimps in there I know these inverts need high calcium to properly molt/grow so do I need to dose anything at all?

What else to monitor in a FOWLR tank other than ph, temperature, sg? What about phosphate and nitrate? These are to do with over feeding which cause algae problem?

Nah, not at all. Nitrate and phosphate is all I'd worry about monitoring in a FOWLR tank.

About the only thing that would benefit from calcium is coraline algae, and that can be taken care of with water changes.

I agree that PWC`s is all you need for all your supplements. By the way your inverts need Iodine to molt which is covered in your PWC.
