can actinic floroscent be replaced by blue LEDs , if i'm goin to keep corals/anemone ?

In long, nooooooo.

Theoretically, if you could find an LED with the right spectrum, wire about 4000 of them together......still no.

No, led's do not have the same light spectrum or penetration that a blue led.... WE COULD only wish that led's would work...

oops.. so no matter what ... no for LEDs ? sigh .. then i think i hv to get an actinic blue then ...

for a 10gal tank, how much watt it needs for the actinic blue ? i do have another 20W white light?

btw, what does SPS , LPS mean ?
