Can I Still Add Corals

My tank is fishless and honestly I dont know if I want any more fish for a while. Can I add corals after removing my fish for Marine velvet. Water quality is perfect

I dont remember off the top of my head but the calcium and alk, were good as well.
I did add a small amount of antibacteria med. to the tank but I have done a 50% water change since then.
 
antibacteria med?? what medication, exactly, did you add?
anything with copper is going to leave traces of copper permanently in the tank, which can be toxic to inverts, including corals. Its also possible to kill live rock with certain meds.
 
NO NO NO Copper. I put the fish in Qt with the copper med. Tank is copper free. I just want to add a coral or two since i cant put any fish in for a while.
 
The corals should be fine.... with no traces of copper and good water quality there should be no issues.... it won't host the velvet...
