can i use heater again?

i recently used my heater in my 29 gallon QT and was wonderinghow can i clean it and put it back into my DT because i used copper.... if possible please let me know what to do thanks!

I certainly wouldn't risk it..... You never know what kind of trace may remain. General rule of thumb is to keep items used in a QT/hospital tank away from your DT, period.

ok because i wnt to take the tops of my DT but it seemed like last time my heater was struggling by itself to get it heated alone

I don't know about your tank, but everything in mine is worth far more than trying to save a couple $$ by using a possibly contaminated heater..... go get yourself another one.
