Can't find Mrs Wages....

I've drove all over the place this weekend looking for "mrs wages pickling lime" and I cannot find it. I live in the pacific northwest. Is there something else I can use in it's place?

I have about 6 nasty, creepy, mutant junkie aptasia that I can't get rid of. I've done the Joe's Juice thing but it doesn't seem to do them in....yes, leave it to me to have the freaky aptasia.

Yuk! I can't stand them!!

Hmmm, another brand is called Ball's. You can use any food grade lime or pickling lime.
Here is the website:
MRS. WAGES® Pickling Lime <br>16 oz. (454g)
Are you sure you looked in the canning section?

If you only need some to kill aptasia's, I can put some in a baggie and mail it to you. I have probably 1/2 a container full and I don't use it anymore.

I have a few also. Is it rude to ask for some as well? I can send you some $ if you want. How much would you charge to mail some.

Thanks,

Morgen
