Catch a coral banded shrimp

Hi, can anyone tell me an easy way to catch this big and fast CBS? Lots of rock and corals and such so don't want to tear tank apart. Have tried many times but it's on to me. Thank you

Put some food in the net and play the waiting game when he is in there scoop him out

Use a jar or bottom of a two liter soda bottle put some food in there and wait.
