Catching cardinals

Anybody know a way to catch some cardinals I have in my tank without having to upset every piece of rock and coral. They came with the tank when I brought it but really don't like them too tropical looking for me and their taking up precious room. My local FS said they will take them but catching them is the issue.

Unless someone has some trick I find catching fish is difficult to impossible without removing most or all of the rock.

I use two nets, one to catch and other to block the fish off.
