CAULERPA good or bad for refuge??

Just wondering how many of you use caulerpa in your tanks. I have heard good and bad about it and was wondering what everyone else thought of it and what kind you use if you do or what you consider the best.

There are caluerpa and macroalgaes... Most guys in my club are using cheato, I have mexicana and cheato. Had blade caluerpa in my fowlr for a while and it worked out well.
Stay away from grape caluerpa..

I like calurpa, I think it does a better job than chaeto, but right now im use chaeto.

I Use both. I just have a egg crate partition to keep them form battling
for space.

Why is calurapa bad for the tank? Whats wrong with grape calurapa? And what is Cheato? What kind of items do you all put into your refuge?
