Cerith Snail Eggs

Anybody have any idea how long these take to hatch, if they even will? I have TONS of these things all over my tank, and nothing is eating them. Seems like the last 3 days was Cerith spawning season in Virginia.

I've never noticed the eggs, but cerinths have reproduced in my tank. I would guess that some of them will hatch.

Do they look like this?
If so I get them all the time. Unfortunately never any baby snails.

Thats them, times about 18. Clusters all over the place.

Im with quarry on this one, I get those cerith "Loogies" all the time, however I never see anything come of it.
