does anyone know what the current requirements are for a hippopus clam?

Do you mean current as in NOW or as in flow?

I'll answer both, the same as they were a few years ago, all photosynthetic clams prefer lower flow. High flow tend to make them retract their mantle which deprives them of some light.

lol thanks for the info!!! I had a feeling that the past didnt really change the requirements. I just got a hippopus calm and wanted him to be as happy as possible thanks again for the humor and the fast correct response!~
