Clam Questions

Been looking at clams lately and noticed that they all seem to require MH is there any clams besides the Hippo Clam that would do well under 330watt PC on a 55gal tank??? I have been looking at maybe getting a hippo clam as they are not that light demanding but I am looking for something with alot more color..

Its coming to the point where I think I might have to add 2x 175watt MH bulbs if I want anything with Vibrant colors.. Suggestions for corals and such that I could get away with without adding MH bulbs...

With 330W of PC on a 55g, I think you can do a squamosa and maybe even a derasa, I wouldn't recommend a crocea or a maxima without considerably more light and experience. As for corals you should have enough for most LPS corals and for SPS... Montipora digitata, M. capricornis, Stylophora pistellata, Hydnophora rigida, Pavona spp.
