Cleaner shrimp aren't cleaning?

I got my 2 skunk cleaners a few weeks ago and I haven't seen them clean a single fish yet. They have cleaned my big star fish but thats about it. I"m not sure if the fish are still afraid of them or the shrimp are just lazy. I don't think this will matter becaue I"m sure at least a few of these fish would like to be cleaned but I have:
White Cheek tang
Sgt Major Damsel
Blue Devil Damsel
Coral Beauty
Flameback Angel
Bi-Color Blenny

Any thoughts?

sometimes they will and sometimes they won't. If they havent been in the tank a while i would just give them time. They are cool to watch when they are not cleaning too!

Maybe they are being fed too well to want to worry with it? I know alot of times peppermint shrimp wont touch aiptasia cuz they get plenty of food when the tank is fed maybe the same goes for clener shrimp Just A Thought
