I had 5 cleaner shrimp at one point and they usually arent very social. i would see maybe 2 or 3 at a time if i was lucky. I wouldnt worry though, especially since it molted. He will be fine.

Also the (2) main shrimp killers are: low alkalinity and out of whack salinity. In the future, during a scare, those are the 1st things I would test for.
