I finally (fingers crossed) got the algae issue under control and have siphoned out almost all of it, with no new growth appearing. My speculation is that the new lights just brought it out, but whatever...

Anyhow, I've got some on the base of my torch and frogspawn. It's (now dead) hair algae. Will it eventually just decay away (groan), or can I somehow clean it off without damaging the coral?
