Cloudy Water PlZ HELP!!!

My water had gotten cloudy and i have no idea why
I do water changes about every 10 days
I hve a filter sock in my sump
I placed activated carbon in my sump
Cant get it to be clear like the ones at the lfs
:'(
Any suggestion?

The pic doesnt show it to well but it has like a foggy white haze to it

What does your water test results say. Sometimes ammonia will give off a haze.

looks like you have some Anemones in you're tank? if they are, sometimes they poo which can make your water look a bit milky! that could be your problem?

I have one small anemone
That may be the problem

I would guess thats your problem then, in a small tank it could make your water look milky, maybe take him out or just live with it, or you could try feeding him less. good luck

Do you have and sand sifting fish or fish that sleep in the sand bed, they could stir stuff up...

The carbon can actually make it cloudy for a day or so too

In a bag most of the water is probably flowing around it rather than through it. Hopefully it will clear up soon for you.
