Clown ate Worm!

So my girlfriend and I are looking at the tank and we notice the clown make this huge motion and he darts quickley at something on a piece of rock in the corner. Their is about a 2in+ worm that is pink in color that the Clown fish gets in his mouth. In a few seconds he downs it and the Clown is only aobut 1.5in. My clown twitched and jerked for like a good 30 min. But seems to be fine now. Is their anything I should watch for. My girlfriend says it cant be good for him....
 
Hmmm...wonder if it was a bristleworm. The clown might not ever do that again. LOL. Just watch for any digestive problems or listlessness. Bristleworms are sort of pinkish, but they have bristles all along their sides. These bristles are irritating. I don't think there would be any poisoning effects, but if it was a bristleworm it may have scraped his insides a bit. That's just a guess.
