clown faded

hi guys i have set up a 29 gal tank for clownfish breeding it is set up using hang on filter in tank heater liverock and a clap pot and a cheap power head i noticed when i got home from work that the power heard was to song for the clowns beings it had nothing to break the current it was beating them against things as they tried to swim they were struggling really bad my smaller clown looks a little pale in face the lights were also off during this time wat ya think happend do ya think the current from power head caused him to use alot if strength there fore turning pale or just the lights? any thoughts guys?

I think they are just really stressed and scared.

It could be stress but when is he the most faded? In the morning, evening or all day?

not fadded anymore at all i cut the power head off and never turn it on and he is always normal color now
