We have 2 false perculas and have had them for awhile, 2 months or so. Last week we had a thunderstorm while we were at work and the pumps were off for about 4 hours - until we got home. Now when we turn the pumps off to feed, they get scared and go to the back of the tank and won't eat. Will they get over this? We assume it will take time but it's been over a week now. We tried to give them treats last night and as soon as we turned the pumps off...the took off to the back. Then when we turn them back on...it takes awhile for them to warm back up and come up to the front.

Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated!

Thanks.

I dont ever turn my pumps off to feed. They will more than likely get over it.

Yeah, these fish are very good swimmers, even in currents. So they will have no problems at all getting food that is flying around because of the currents/flow from the PH's. Don't worry about it.
