clown fish host

They have only been together for about 4 hours but they seem to be getting along. I have turned the light back on for a second and they are sleeping right next to each other. I hope it works out. So basically one will become the female and one will be the male. Is this how this works? So basically the are hermaphroditic?

That's a good sign...I'd say you'll be fine.... mine fought immediately. The more dominant/larger one will become the female

I belive so. Most will refer to it as an Ocellaris if it were a fasle perc. It saves on the confusion.
