I am going to move all my livestock into a 55 gal and I am wondering if when I do this I can introduce my tomato clown with my ocellaris. My ocellaris is in the tank I have now and it hosts in a sebae anemone. The tomato is a little bigger than the ocellaris. If I were to introduce them at the same time in the new tank will I have problems?

Tomato clowns are known to be more agressive than all other clowns. But, you could try in a new tank since neither has yet to claim its teritory.

if there is only one anemone, then it is highly likely that there will be trouble, because they will not take no for an answer even if one has claimed it already.
