I just got a percula clownfish two weeks ago and I have an anenome in the tank as well. The clownfish is at the opposite end of the tank and won't even touch the anemones any ideas on how to get it in the anemone?

It's just luck of the draw on whether a clownfish will host or not. What type of anemone is it? Even if it's the proper type, the clown still may not take to it.

Do you know what species of anemone? When they have a natural existing symbiotic relationship there is a better change they will pair. As mentioned, there is no way to tell for sure. You can not simply force this relationship to happen, might...might not...might be a while. It took about four months before my rose BTA began to host my pair of percs.
