Clowns & dusters

I have 2 clowns that are now hosting on 1 of my 4 dusters. I was wondering if this would put a starin on the duster. the reason I ask is that now the duster doesn't close up like he did. It seems like 24/7 he is extended is this normal behaviour?
It seems odd because I have large finger leathers, toadstool, xenia for them to host to

It's not a dress, it's a kilt.

If the duster was overly bothered by the clowns it would stay retreated or possibley jump it's tube in search of a new location. The fact it is out all the time would suggest it's accepting them just fine.
