collected snails

Any ideas what kind of snails hang out both in and out of the water at a salt marsh? I was at the coast today collecting some shells and saw these little turbo snail shaped snails hanging about everywhere...

Do you ever miss reefrunner?

Bleeding tooth nerite snails... sadly not suitable for aquariums because they migrate out of the water most of the time. I have a little five gallon I will fill halfway with some caulerpa to keep them alive so I can return them...

I might cull one or two for my hermits though... 8)
