Combo Vital - Aquarium Advice

hey guys just wondering ive been using

mark Weisse combo vital for a while about a year is there any benefit ?

55g tank
75lbs Lr
Dbs
mushrooms polyps.
misc snails and craps about 25 each.

tank is on 3rd week of no fish due to an ICH outbreak

one survivor my tomato clown in QT tank for the next month.

i used mark weisse spectra vital when i was cycling my tank with LR had about 2 percent die off its great just wondering if any of you use it . .

i use it its some sort of water buffering agent good for corals and other filter feeders etc. the one i use is combo vital with black powder. the link above tells you what it does.
