Coral banded shrimp molting scare!!

So today I was feeding my fish and coral and noticed that my coral banded shrimp was spread out all over my tank ( a group of antenna here a long pincher there another pincher over there) anyways you catch my drift. I figured it molted but the parts looked pretty solid and colorful not empty. I figured it had passed and been torn to shreds by the paired damsels in my tank but later on I saw him hiding behind a rock looking pretty good!! Super stoked he/she is ok and it saved my damsels because that would have been the last straw with them guys. Little f ers haha

it happens to me every single time, see the moult and crap my pants, then start looking at the tank from every possible angle to find my shrimp, it doesn't help that at least two out of three moult together sometimes all three at the same time
