My coral beauty mouth has fell apart and fins look like they are kinda shredded and is laying down in my quarantine tank.. i had just bought him last week

Are you using copper in the quartine?

No copper, my salinity was at 1.024 and the coral beauty never ate from the start:\ it died on me a couple hours ago
