I can't figure out what this tree branch looking coral is called anywhere

Also flow rate and lighting would be great

Are you talking about the three green corals? It looks like a trumpet candy cane . Low flow medium light

Does it look healthy? because it hasn't really changed since I set up my tank and everything else has flourished .

Looks fine. They grow slowly and I've only ever seen mine grow by splitting.
