Coral pest.

Today I don't a coral rx dip on my zoas? Cause I felt some were dying for no good reason. Afterwards I found a lot of pest in the water. How do I figure out of they were good or bad.
They look look copepods or amphipods. And one liked like a tiny tiny red star fish.
