Coral rx

What does coral rx all kill off? I had bought a rock with mushrooms on it last Friday and while acclimating it I saw a nudibranch come out. I immediately removed it. There was also something else poking out but I was unable to remove it. It may have been some kind of worm. I went ahead and did a coral rx dip afterwards for 10 mins. I made the solution twice as strong in hopes of making it safe as possible to put in my tank. I'm a little concerned I could have put something unwanted in dt. Please give me your thought on what I could do next time or what I should have done. Thanks
