Coral-Vite as a supplement

So I just went out and bought some Coral-Vite for my 55 gallon reef tank. I read the ingredients and it has all the same things that you would buy separately (strontium, molybdenum, iodine, etc) so it seems like this is all I really need to add, right?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I used it in my 55g and saw a lot of growth in my yellow & purple coralline and shrooms too... I don't know about any negative effects... I only used it for 6 months though so maybe someone who has more time with hands on could further help you.
