I've got a 55 gal setup with NO lighting.... I was told earlier that I could go with mushroom corals with no problem... is that the case ???? any particular kinds to stay away from ???? would I have to target feed them ??? if so what ???

depends on how much NO wattage you have.
sometimes I target feed with Kent's Phytoplankton, but the yellow polyps are the only ones that really seem to 'eat' it
