corline alge

How do I stop corline alge from growing all down the front of my tank? The tank is not glass so I don't want to ues a blade on it. The tank is a 150 reef and the alge is starting at the 2 foot down mark, hard to get to

This is what I use:
Aquarium Glass Algae Scrapers: Glass Only Mag-Float
Aquarium Cleaning & Maintenance: Pro-Scrapers (the long one)

All meant for glass. I like to keep my aquarium walls clean. Isn't it funny how readily coralline will grow where you don't want it to, and not where you do want it to?
