Hey Guys i just put in 40 pounds or sand in my tank today i tried to do it with a bag u know like make it sink open at the bottom but my tank gat so foggy anyway to speed up the process of clearin up the water or should i just wait it out

just wait it out. It's just sand particles that need to settle.

I agree, or you can do a PWC and suck up what you can, that is free floating. Either way it will settle down.

If you have an extra filter run it tandem to what you have ... take the pads out every hour or so and rinse off ... it will settle as others have said tho with out intervention the tandem filer will just speed it up... usually with in 4-6 hours it will be clear with the filters running
