Crabs eatin good tonight

I found my conch snail which had been missing for a few days.......my 2 crabs were having him for dinner tonight. I started once to intervene but I had a feeling the snail may have died when I moved around my live rock a week or so ago.I haven't seen him since then.Is it ok to go ahead and let them finish eating or will it pollute the tank? My damsel seems to be eating the small floating pieces.

Depending on the size of the snail and what's left you might want to remove it. A 30 gal is on the smaller side but if the crabs have finished off most of it, there should be no real concern.
