Hi, can any one help me identify this polyp type creature I first saw it when it was a bit smaller and was moving around on my rocks when I first set up my system 4 weeks ago, then it dissape
ared for a week or so then appeared again on the edge of one of my pieces of live rock where it seems to have firmly positioned itself as it hasn't moved since any help on whether its bad or good for my tank would be much appreciated..
