Hey Everyone --
Right now I've got CC that has been working just fine. I give it a good scrubbing during water changes every so often, and my levels have been nice and steady for quite a while.
So, now I'm thinking of getting some more sifting critters (starfish, crabs, etc), but am not sure if that would be right with what I have. I've got hermits, snails, and a bunch of brittle star that came with the LR, but I'm wondering if the CC would be too course for sifting stars? If so, would I still need to vacuum the bed during water changes? I would think not, but if so, how to clean around them?
